What you have here is a extremely rare lords of light emperor DEMENTIA one of only 3 characters released from PAC TOYS INC. in this toy line in the early 80’s.

These characters featured a hollow chest that you could insert an emralyte power rod into (a mini glow stick) for a glowing action feature.

this was sort of a continuation of the micronots toyline but for whatever reason the entire line wasn’t full released.
