Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Secret Toy Society! We take great care in packing every order to help ensure your collectibles arrive safely.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
During new product launches, conventions, live sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we will make every effort to keep customers informed.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other shipping partners, depending on the destination and service selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are supplied by the shipping carrier and are estimates only.
The Secret Toy Society cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Labor strikes
- Natural disasters
- High shipping volumes
- Other events beyond our control
Packaging
Collectibles deserve extra care.
Every order is carefully packed using appropriate protective materials to help minimize the risk of shipping damage. While we take every precaution, no packaging can guarantee protection from carrier mishandling.
Combined Shipping
When possible, multiple purchases placed around the same time may be combined into a single shipment.
If combined shipping results in excess shipping charges, any refund of shipping costs is issued at our sole discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped after payment of new shipping charges.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If additional assistance is needed, we are happy to help initiate or support a carrier claim when possible.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with family members or neighbors.
- Looking around your property for a safe delivery location.
- Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier.
- Filing a missing package claim with the carrier.
The Secret Toy Society is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the packaging materials
- Photos of the damaged item
Please do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- VAT
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any additional charges required by their country
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because it was not claimed, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees may be deducted from any refund required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Live Sale Orders
Orders placed during live sales, livestreams, conventions, or special events are packed with the same care as website orders.
Processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume.
