Nappone/Nozer from the hard to find galoob 90s gross out line. Each figure from this set oozes goo from one of their features! An underrated forgotten gross out line that has great character designs! 

These are hard to find monsters from Galoob. They all have some sort of slime gimmick that was very popular in the late 80s and early 90s. They also went under the name of Brufols in Italy or Onda Wacala in Mexico.
