Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for supporting independent artists and The Secret Toy Society!

Many of our releases are produced in small batches, handmade, or manufactured specifically for our customers. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your collectible before it becomes available.

Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any pre-order item.


What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an item that is not yet ready to ship at the time your order is placed.

Your payment reserves a unit from a limited production run.


Estimated Shipping Dates

Any shipping or production date shown on a product page is an estimate only.

Production schedules may change due to:

  • Manufacturing delays
  • Material shortages
  • Artist production schedules
  • Quality control
  • International shipping delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Events outside of our control

Estimated dates are not guaranteed.


Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed.

Your order reserves inventory from a limited production run.


Cancellations

Because inventory is reserved specifically for each customer, pre-order purchases are final.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or inventory has been allocated.

Where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer rights will still apply.


Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.


Delays

We understand waiting is exciting!

While we strive to meet every estimated shipping date, delays can happen during manufacturing or international transportation.

Production delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

We appreciate your patience while we ensure every collectible meets our quality standards.


Product Changes

Minor differences between prototype images and the final production item may occur.

These may include:

  • Paint applications
  • Packaging
  • Material finish
  • Color variations
  • Manufacturing improvements

Such differences are normal in collectible production and are not considered defects.


Shipping

Once production has been completed, pre-orders will ship in the order they were received.

Customers will automatically receive tracking information when their order ships.
