The following policies apply to purchases made during livestreams, conventions, social media claim sales, and other live selling events hosted by The Secret Toy Society.
Claiming an Item
When you claim an item during a live sale, you are agreeing to purchase that item.
Please claim responsibly.
Payment
Invoices should be paid promptly.
Failure to complete payment may result in future purchasing restrictions or canceled claims.
Combined Shipping
Whenever possible, purchases made during the same selling event may be combined into one shipment.
Combined shipping is offered at our discretion and depends on order timing and destination.
Item Condition
Many items sold during live sales are vintage collectibles.
Minor shelf wear, factory paint variations, packaging wear, and age-related imperfections should be expected unless otherwise noted during the livestream.
Please ask questions before claiming an item.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed using protective materials to help ensure your collectibles arrive safely.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
Shipping times may vary during large live sale events.
Returns

Due to the collectible nature of our products, most live sale purchases are final.
