Are your toys authentic?

Yes. We take pride in offering authentic vintage toys, licensed collectibles, designer toys, art toys, and original creations. Every item is inspected and honestly described before shipment.


Are vintage toys in perfect condition?

Not always.

Many vintage collectibles naturally show signs of age, shelf wear, factory imperfections, or previous storage. These characteristics are considered part of the collectible's history.

Please review all product photos and descriptions before purchasing.


Do you accept returns?

Due to the collectible nature of our products, most sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

We proudly ship to collectors around the world.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.


What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The shipping box

  • The packaging materials

  • The damaged item

We'll work with you to find the best possible solution.


How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders reserve your collectible before production is complete.

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

Please review our Pre-Order Policy before purchasing.


Can I combine multiple orders?

Whenever possible, we'll gladly combine orders placed around the same time.

If you'd like to request combined shipping, please contact us before your order ships.


How are collectibles packaged?

Every collectible is carefully packed using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.

We package every order with the same care we would use for our own personal collections.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods available through Shopify, including major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal (if enabled), and other supported payment options displayed during checkout.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Pre-orders and custom items generally cannot be canceled once production has begun.
